अधिक महिलाएं सॉफ्टवेयर टेस्टिंग जॉब्स में हैं (34:66 पुरुष-महिला अनुपात के रूप में) जो कि हार्डकोर प्रोग्रामिंग भूमिकाओं (75:25 के रूप में पुरुष-महिला राशन) की तुलना में कम मांगी जाती हैं। कोविड १९ के चलते वर्क होम करने में चुनौती पर चर्चा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा की इस दौरान सबसे बड़ी चुनौती रही घर और काम में बैलेंस बनाना. आपको एक तरफ तो अपने काम को भी सही से करना है और वहीं दूसरी तरफ अपने घर, बच्चों व घर के बड़े बुजुर्गों का भी ख्याल रखना है।

प्रेरणा चतुर्वेदी ने अपने व्यक्तव में महिलाओं को किन किन चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ता है पर चर्चा करते हुए कहा की महिला कुछ भी काम शुरू करना चाहे तो सबसे पहले उसकी योग्यता पर प्रश्न चिन्ह लगाया जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कोई भी बिज़नेस यह नहीं जानता कि कौन इसे चला रहा है। हम यह भी कह सकते हैं की पैसा नहीं जानता कि इसका उपयोग कौन कर रहा है, जो भी उस पैसे का उपयोग कर रहा है, वह आपको बिज़नेस करने के लिए सशक्त बनाता है, वह किसी पुरुष या महिला को नहीं देखता है, वह देने की क्षमता और क्षमताओं को उस माध्यम से चलाने में सक्षम दिखता है।
